Took another patient in front of me even though I was there earlier and had an appointment slot booked earlier... Doctor was walking past me, like I don't exist... After my partner visited this clinic about 6 months ago with a clot in the leg he was dismissed and sent home without further investigations. It turns out they didn't bother investigating the possibility of it travelling to the lungs. 6 months later after here we are on medication.
