I had my closing with Rebecca and Lauren and they made everything very easy. The process was straightforward and professional. Rebecca replies to emails lightning fast which is unheard of these days but so appreciated!
Just had another seamless closing with Hunter & Chandler. This time it was for a super complicated estate situation. The communication was second to none. I've been working with Rinda for YEARS and was so glad when she moved to Hunter & Chandler. Super convenient location, and everyone that works there is so welcoming and helpful. Recently closed on the sale of our home this week. Rinda, the paralegal, placed an order through Homewise for our HOA payoff and incorrectly input the property address, and only notified us of the “processing error” two days before closing. Homewise will not refund us the full amount of the first fee we paid because of the error.
