I’ve used Hunter & Chandler Law for many years (10+) for real estate closings and I am continually impressed with them. They are always quick to answer and help to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Closings are always super professional as well. I'm a real estate agent/broker here in Charlotte NC. Hunter and Chandler were chosen by the buyer to close on my listing. Mary was the closing paralegal and this experience was terrible! I would not recommend using them for your real estate transaction. They are disorganized, non responsive, and careless. Somehow they lost the closing documents leaving my seller without house, funds and with a huge concern. I had my closing with Rebecca and Lauren and they made everything very easy. The process was straightforward and professional. Rebecca replies to emails lightning fast which is unheard of these days but so appreciated!
