Could not rate the service team higher. Informative and helpful, went above and beyond to help me out and make getting the car as easy as possible. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a car to go in and have a chat with them. Very happy with the car, price and service I got.
Sold me a faulty vehicle and their Group Service Manager and Compliance manager are as dodgy and corrupt as they come; tried to tell me that a very serious fault in my vehicle was a "normal characteristic of the car" despite video evidence confirming otherwise and a qualified independent party confirming the same as well. In the hunt for an SUV - and came across a nice ford Everest on Carsales. As we got into contact with Carlos, everything seemed easy and we soon were filling out finance for the vehicle.
