Dr. Hoover is the nicest and most comforting doctor. He really helped me understand what was wrong and my surgery went almost way better than expected! I definitely would recommend his help!
My first visit, and the ones thereafter, with Dr. Hoover were exceptional. He is the most down to earth, compassionate, kind, understanding, patient, excellent and professional physician, I have ever had. I required surgery on August 1, 2019, and no one could tell that I had surgery done. There was no bruising and no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Hoover.
I am an older woman, and found Dr Hoover to be arrogant, condescending and rude. I would never send anyone to him !!!
