I work in healthcare and got called into an emergency case. I called to inform them I would be unable to make my appointment but could potentially come in later. They told me they’re going to charge me a $250 fee and asked if I would like to reschedule. No thanks!
Waiting over 30 minutes to check in with only one person ahead of me! Unacceptable service!
The dedicated staff of nurses, doctors and reception are the absolute best and are on top of their game! I went to get all four of my wisdom teeth taken out and I was out in an hour. Dr. Hyatt is very good at what he does along with the rest of the doctors there. They lay out what the risks are and they don't play around. I highly recommend the Hunt Valley Medical Center if you need wisdom teeth taken out or an oral surgery of any kind!
If I could give this place negative stars I would, If you have a child with a disability or a child period Dr. Arul Selvaraj isn’t the guy to go to. Didn’t even bother.. came in the room since he was crying he said that he has to go to the hospital to be sedated and the facts that since my child was upset and coughing that he didn’t wanna do it! Laziest Dr I’ve ever met in my life.. really disgusting sorry to anyone that has to deal with that too.
Dr Selvaraj has absolutely no experience in working with children with developmental disabilities. He gave zero effort to extract my sons tooth. I'm glad my daughter was in the room to witness the lack of effort because I thought it was just me. All he kept suggesting was to reschedule or go to the hospital. Well I'm definitely not using them. This would be Js forth surgery and the first time walking out of an office minus having done what we came for.
