We've never had anything but top notch experiences with them at our home filling tanks. Customer Service/Office people have been above and beyond helpful when we got set up about 18 months ago and ever since then as well!
Price is great! However driver overfilled the tanks so much they started venting. Pretty scary when Propane is shooting out of your tank! Blew the metal lid clear off! After a call to the office, a service man came out and proceeded to try and let gallons of propane into the atmosphere! My son (who works in gases) noted that it is illegal to do such! When he informed the driver he packed up and left. Driver should have known tank should never be filled past 80%. These were at 85 pushing 90!! Extra caution with the warmer wea... read more
