Price is great! However driver overfilled the tanks so much they started venting. Pretty scary when Propane is shooting out of your tank! Blew the metal lid clear off! After a call to the office, a service man came out and proceeded to try and let gallons of propane into the atmosphere! My son (who works in gases) noted that it is illegal to do such! Good people great location.
I am so glad we switched our propane company to Hunt propane out of Reno! We struggled since our old company was sold to a new one and switched ownership a couple of years back. Multiple calls to them which were forwarded to a center in India or the Philippines and they were unresponsive multiple times. They wouldn’t come out to correct our tank position or replace our broken snowpole. They said it was up to us to find a contracter to fix these problems even though it was their tank that we were renting! Awful customer servi... read more
