Had a small problem with what was completed on our car ...they talked it over with me and made it a really great experience! Staff is really nice and very knowledgeable about cars!!!
Had appointment for full service but was in a rush . Team got me in and out quick. Only place we take our car
I had an appointment at 8 a.m. to get my oil changed. A Pro Care employee checked me in as soon as I walked through the door, offered me coffee and a variety of snacks, and made me feel welcome. They did a safety inspection and gave me pictures to show why my car needed specific things fixed and the price of each job. I was very impressed with their kindness and efficiency!
I like the fact you get better service and top quality repairs here over any dealerships I have ever dealt with. Dealerships charge high and make you wait for service and repairs. Pro Auto Care gives a better quality on service and repairs. The loaner car helped me get to and from work, and that's something you don't want to worry about. I've taken our Jeep and murano there and they have always nailed the repairs. It's now the only local garage I trust with our vehicles.
