In 2024, Ms. Miller was assigned as the Guardian ad Litem in my custody case in Putnam County. In my experience, she failed to fulfill her duties as outlined by Indiana’s GAL guidelines. She did not interview key witnesses, review critical medical and school records, or address documented concerns I provided.
