I reached out for a consultation and nobody has returned my call after a week. The person that answered the call was very polite, however.
I'm giving two stars because when meeting with Mr. Hassler, he was very nice, listened to everything we had to say, and was very personable. However, this office has a lot of communication issues internally. We came for a consult, supposed to be free, and were very concerned about confidentiality. Before we were able to decide whether to proceed with a court case, Mr. Hassler not only approved a bill for a free consultation, but allowed the staff to send it to the one person we did not want to find out about the case. They are great getting me the money in which I deserve
In 2024, Ms. Miller was assigned as the Guardian ad Litem in my custody case in Putnam County. In my experience, she failed to fulfill her duties as outlined by Indiana’s GAL guidelines. She did not interview key witnesses, review critical medical and school records, or address documented concerns I provided. Communications were minimal, and I was not given an opportunity to meaningfully respond to her findings before her report was submitted to the court.
