Exceptional food choice if you find yourself in Torrey, UT. We tried three different appetizers. All of which were amazing. Our party all sort of coalesced around the filet mignon. Though an incredible dish our timing was off. We were the last customers to come in for the night for the last night they would be open for the season. Then we wrapped up the night with four different deserts. All of which were also amazing.
Edit: the restaurant did contact us and offered to make things right. We had a 6:45 reservation and were seated upon arrival. The wait time between being seated and ordering was short. We ordered the Antelope appetizer and both ordered the Bison meatloaf for our main course. 45 minutes after ordering we finally were served our main course, we never received our Antelope appetizer. Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just go!
Food was incredible here. The atmosphere is a little stuffy but I think that’s what they are trying to go for. Wait staff was very kind. The idea they are trying here to use more wild game and ingredients out of the chefs garden is superb. The elk was two temps overcooked.
