Awesome customer service team from start to finish. Called customer service because we were having problems with our cameras, due to a new install, and we could not get them work. Customer services tried to help over the phone and unfortunately could not help. They called their field tech, Cruz Castaneda, and within 15 minutes he had our system working flawlessly. Poor communication. No common curtesy. Didn’t care about my time. Do they care about their work? I made an appointment for an evaluation of my electrical circuit problem. I was told that an electrician will be at my house between 8 am and 3 pm. At 2:50 pm I called Hunt and was told that the electrician is still coming to my house. At 4 pm I called Hunt and no one answered the phone. At 5 pm Hunt called me to reschedule. No apology for messing up. Hunt has earned zero stars from me.
