Hunt Custom Homes owns “The Glen” in Flint and they hire Cintra Realty Group to manage the property. By allowing Cintra to do shady things, it is a direct reflection on Hunt as well. So, I’m giving Hunt the same review I left on Cintra’s Google Review. If I could leave no stars I would! Do NOT rent from this company unless you’re okay with them keeping almost 100% of your deposit which in my case was nearly $2,700! Great Builder- easy to work with and the quality of materials and completed house is outstanding and superior to other builders. Loved working with a local builder instead of a mass production company. Chris and Zach’s follow up has been great. We love our house at Dogwood Park.

Recently purchased a new home from Hunt. The whole experience was great. Chris and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. I have a well-built quality home. If I had to do it all over again, I would still want a Hunt home.
Our first home was built by Hunt and then we used them for our second semi-custom build. They were easy to work with and made the entire process wonderful as they made our ideas a reality! We loved working with Kelly and everyone else we encountered.
