I was under the impression for months that everything looked good on my application. The landlord decided to send my information to corporate A WEEK AND A HALF before my move. My application was then rejected and now I have to find somewhere to live next week. Do NOT go here.
Worst place ever
This place is deff not a place I would recommend to live. The building manager is a complete joke....she has people who spy on you and report back to her on ur activities. The building is so under code its crazy....even has lead paint still!!! ( was given a notice about it upon helping someone move in) They enter ur apartment without notice and then lie to u about being in there. Nothing and I mean nothing works properly in these apartments. Jackie yells and other children who dont even live there, who r there just visiting.... read more
My brother recently passed, he lived here for 11 years. Jackie called at 9:30 am just 3 days after his death, wanting his place cleaned. We gave his place a thorough deep clean. They withheld a large part of the deposit because it wasn't clean enough. My brother told me multiple times that maintenance was going in his place when he wasn't home. She denied it and I told her I have pictures. She tried to be nasty, so I told her what I think of her. I also said I would tell everyone I know but not to rent there.
