I am retiring soon and was accepted to participate in a transition program that will allow me to leave 6 months early to attend an internship. The orders to facilitate this came in late and I notified the local housing community about this in advance in which I was advised this would not be an issue. Now that the orders have finally arrived, giving me very little time to not only pack out my belongings, but ship my car and move out of housing...Hunt Communities is now telling me they are disregarding the date of my orders an... read more

Renters beware! Antelope ridge will send any cleaning fees or fees after you move out to the address on your lease (even after providing your new address). They wont call you or anything. Then after time goes by without your knowledge of a balance will send it to a collection agency and ruin your credit. While you unknowingly have this debt they will also charge interest on it. Im lucky the collection agency contacted me before they finished sending the info over to the credit bureau. Also there a lady name ******* who answe... read more

I have had the worst experience with Hunt. Multiple floods, multiple electrical fires. Items lost. This by far is the worst company i have ever had the opportunity while surving in the military to ever work with. Items lost, damages. It was unsuitable living conditions. Management takes weeks to respond. Work orders not complete. *************************************************************** ************ All of it. Worst experience.

My husband is retired and we rent on base at Patrick AFB, $1400 a month. I have called so many times because my AC is so old it barely functions. Every time someone comes out I get a different excuse about why they won't replace the unit as it is old and never stops running. It's miserable inside. I have laid out the electric bills and how they've triple over the years because the AC is using so much energy trying to work when it's just DONE! Today I was told to not run my stove or washer/dryer during the day to conserve ene... read more

I am a current resident of Hunt Military housing. They recently took management of our community and are failing regarding their maintenance management. I submitted three maintenance request over a course of one and a half months and have still not had it resolved. I outlined the two issues when my sink was being repaired. The maintenance man repaired the broken T-connector with a lighter and hose clamp (Scough). The maintenance man told me he would order the parts and to place a call to reserve the repair times. I call in f... read more

Hello, my husband Paul Chavez and I moved out of housing on January 9 because he was getting medically retired from the military. He gave housing 30 day notice so that was the date! Housing told us that they would take out his money for the rest of the rent from his check since he didn't get out till the ending of January! But that wasn't the case. We are right now in April. At the end of Mach a lady messages us saying that we have to pay $600; Iâ??m like where is $600 coming from. Whenever Morgan did the final inspection sh... read more

Worst crooks in the privatization industry. Make no mistake; these people do not care about you at all. They are no different than any other commercial leasing agency out there. If you think the military housing office (Housing Management Office - HMO) has your back -- think again. Due to the way the DoD wrote out the lease agreements with these people, Hunt can get away with whatever they want without repercussion. HMO doesn't care. They are lazy and don't really want to get involved lifting any fingers. Hunt at Goodfellow ... read more
