Ryan has caused considerable stress to my elderly parents over their insurance. He's taking advantage of the elderly and others should be aware! Ryan's office staff received their declaration for another insurance, but didn't process this. In his reply to them, you can see he stated they received check for $1364, which is a lie. Check other review sites as well! Ryan, stop asking my parents to change their one star review!
We cancelled our insurance with this company on Sept. 2, 2024 by calling Ryan, he informed us we needed to show him the new insurance declaration page that showed the new insurance and the and the policy start date. we delivered the form and gave it to his assistant ( Ryan was not in the office ) , she said she would give it to him when he returned. We have not heard from him now for ( 9) weeks. We called Kemper insurance today Sept 3 and Kemper informed us they never received any paperwork from that office and they where no... read more
Great Customer Service, talked to his wife Christina and she helped me with my home insurance. I also talked to Cheryl and she helped make changes to my policy. Ryan helped me with umbrella insurance. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for home, auto and umbrella insurance.
