I utilized their service in 2022, and overall, they removed snows. However, when I compare it to the Kodiak service that I used while living in Kanata, I find that their service and pricing fall short. They imposed an additional charge on me, citing a "2022-23 Season Snow Removal 250cm Overage Driveway" fee. In contrast, when I used Kodiak at my Kanata residence, they never applied any additional charges, regardless of extra snow removal needs. From Garry and Sylvie This is our 4 season with Hunt Club East snow removal. The personnel are very conscientious and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
We've used HCE for snow removal for the past three years. They are consistent and provide timely and thorough communication with each expected snow fall. We recommend them to neighbours and will continue to use them. The price has gotten to be higher than we would like, but given the rising costs of gas and living wages it is an understandable increase.
Very unprofessional company. Damaged garrage door and refused to repair it. Use their services at your own risk!
