The first time I was in there, we ordered a pizza and really liked. The second time I came in and ordered the same thing, but it was not what I got the first time. When I complained to management about it, they said that is what I ordered and they messed up on the first time I was in. I asked them to correct the problem and bring me the right pizza and they refused. They said that it was what I ordered and would not trade it out.
