I called in a pizza order and was told it would be ready in 10–15 minutes. When I arrived about 20 minutes later to pick it up, I found out that my order had never been relayed to the person making the pizza by the person who took the call. Thankfully, Ms. Theresa stepped in. Even though her shift was just about done and she was about to leave, she stayed to make sure my order was prepared.
