Although, we should have my husband and I had never had a will. We met with Logan Millians and he made the process so easy. Not only were we able to complete our will we also did our living wills with medical power of attorney. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions and made the process easy for us. Every time we walked in we felt welcomed at this practice and never rushed. I highly recommend Logan Millians and his partners at Hunnicutt, Taylor, Carswell and Millians.

Hired Logan to look over the settlement agreement from my ex wives attorney. One of the items I was concerned about and mentioned to him, was that I did not want to pay her legal fees, and wanted to make sure that was not included. He missed where they had listed that I would pay half her fees. Great guy, but this mistake cost me a good bit from his negligence.
