This was a 2nd opinion visit. The first ortho surgeon I visited refused to do a knee replacement because I was overweight. Dr. Hunnicutt relized the pain I was in and said there was no way I could exercise to lose the weight without a knee replacement. He took the time with me and explained all options besides surgery (which I had already done through the first surgeon).
