Called to place carry out order. Man on phone tells me since my number is not in their system, they can’t let me place an order over the phone and I have to come in and pay before they will cook my food. Make that make sense.
Bad service
Robert cried and made it very awkward The person ahead of me didn't tip... I won't be back just because of how awkward he made it begging for a tip, saying how miserable he is.
Ordered two oven baked subs and the dough was not even close to being done on the inside. I called as a courtesy to let them know, i was not looking to have them replaced since i was already home. The manager was extremely rude telling me that his ovens were brand new and on point so there should be no problem with them. There was no reason to be rude about it at all, or make any customer feel as I was in the wrong for calling.
