One when you call them it goes to a call center secondly you can’t pay with cash with orders over $50 anymore. One pizza nowadays is $50. Charge me $20 for a damn pizza. Maybe if you didn’t use a damn call center it wouldn’t be an issue plus another $20 for delivery. Why are we paying pizza people big bucks like they deserve it

I'm sorry im not one to complain because I myself am in the service industry. But tonight was diff I ordered a antipasta salad to go with dinner but got lettuce barley any meat or cheese with 4 tomatos cucumbers instead of black olives . It was a mess I called and manager did have a lil attitude and said cucumbers are on antipasta salad now that's new as I order pizza and salad alot from there and this is my first problem. She said she would remake which was great but kid that gave it to me was rude please do better .

I have to say I’m disappointed in the hungry Howies in Fishhawk. Not only do the call centers they use sometimes our not useful. They informed me they no longer deliver in my area of Keysville and Nichols Road. We always tip extra for the drivers because we know it’s an extra drive for them.

Last few orders have been jacked up. When you call to advise of the mess up the young people there have to call a GM that isnt there. When you say just reimburse the order they say they can't, but will credit the next order. Which they never do. When order the next time and ask why they didn't credit the order, they say ' you ordered in a way that they didnt know it should be credited'. When you ask how you are supposed to order to get the credit, it depends on who you talk to as to what answer you will get. They messed the ... read more
