I’ve been a customer to this hungry howies for 10 years and I never leave reviews for anything but the last 2 times I’ve ordered from here it’s been sub par at best. I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was delivered extremely fast but was cold and not even crispy and I believe it’s mostly to blame with using door dash I doubt the person even put it in a pizza bag. The worst injustice a restaurant can do is block a delivery driver just because they feel like it. I had to drive 21 miles for only $2.50 during my first trial week with the DoorDash app. The customer, who was either drunk or high and didn’t even have a bank account, paid me with a bill that was way too large. I couldn’t send $5 back through Apple Pay, Zelle, or any other way. It wasn’t until my daughter got in touch with them that I finally managed to send it. The service and atmosphere provided by the polite staff is incredible. The customer service skills provided by Lamar and Lindsay Its excellent. I definitely enjoy coming here to pick up my pizza because of the outstanding service. The young men Lamar as management skills. Very clean environment as well.

Picked up an online order and when I got home the order was incorrect. I called the resteraunt and the manager told me that he would take my name and I could come back another day and he would replace it. I went back the next day to replace it. I was told that It was not noted anywhere and that they wouldn't replace it. I asked for the manager's name that I spoke with the night that I ordered the pizza.
