The new owners have saved this place!!! Everything is better, the quality, the service, and the specials!
Placed an online order that indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later only to find out they had not even started my order and told it would be another 15+ minutes. The staff member at the counter was dismissive at best with a comment to the effect that others had been waiting extended periods also as they had multiple orders come in at once. If your completions times are going to be extended then have the website reflect this accordingly so your not wasting customers time. This of course after they ... read more
