Ordered a large amount of food as a gift. Called the Navarre location. The recording even said it was the Navarre location. Placed the order to be delivered at 5pm. The person on the phone repeated it back. Gave a 20% tip on top of the order for the driver. The food did not get delivered until 5:45pm and was NOT hot. When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone apologized but blamed me for NOT knowing to hit 5 when I called instead of hitting the number to place a new order. We ordered the howie special no dough bowl and we were surprised how thin of a paste was given to us and how you couldn’t see the toppings. As soon as you used the fork to pick up sauce you saw the bottom. Definitely will just stick to the pizza from now on. This is $10

This was our first time ordering here and the food was decent and plentiful. My wife ordered a Detroit style and the antipasta salad with Greek dressing... only to find there was no salad dressing when we arrived home. 🙁 Twenty-five minutes into our dinner, we did get a call letting us know we could drive back to get it if we wanted. Its raining, cold and a 30 minute round trip to go back to get salad dressing?
