I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent delivery experience from your store. My order was left on the ground outside my door without any attempt to knock or call to notify me it had arrived. This lack of basic communication is not only inconsiderate but entirely unacceptable for a food delivery service. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, but they got it wrong and gave me a cheese pizza instead. When I called to complain, they asked me to drive all the way back and wait for the correct pizza. To make matters worse, the supervisor refused to offer me credit for my next purchase. I'm shocked by the lack of customer care!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Your best best is to pick up from another store. Hungry Howies is my favorite major chain pizza place but this store is going to force me NOT to order from there until I move to a different location. I have had multiple problems with this store being late and giving me under cooked food, but this last time topped all other times. do. NOT. Bother if I could leave negative stars I would . I do not blame hungry howies what so ever. I have worked in a corporate food company for quite some time so I GET IT 100% how frustrating it can be BUT, when it comes down to it you do YOUR job, which means making the customer satisfied with the CORRECT order they intend to receive, you cannot let your outside negativity/problems get to you cause it’s not about you at work!!
