I ordered the 2 lg pizza with cheesy bread and soda deal. The driver forgot my soda. I called up there and was told by a gentleman that I can come get it or have it delivered to me. I asked for it to be delivered. He put me on hold and then a lady came on the phone. She said I could get a refund or come pick it up?????? Why when the driver didn’t bring it. How inconvenient. I just hung up. I will not order from here again. Yep, definitely pissed about my soda

Today’s delivery was left at our front door, and we didn’t see it for 40 minutes—no doorbell, no knock, no notification of any kind. When I called the store, the team lead, instead of saying “Sorry to hear, I’ll look into this,” decided to mansplain how notifications work. I had to ask, “If I got a notification, do you think I’d leave our food outside for 40 minutes?” Most idiotic conversation. I came in today on my lunch break, very welcoming location, i was taken care of very quickly by zo, this was hands down the best hungry howies ive been to in a while, i will be returning soon
