Tried to or online kept getting an oops message telling me to call location. I called trying to place my order was put on hold for 16 minutes and I waited trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.....do better hungry howies

Could not place an order online cause it wouldn't go through so had to call the store and someone answered and explained the situation about the online is not working and he said hold on and never came back to the phone. I get it if your busy but have the common courtesy to the customer and not have them hold for 16 mins. Needless to say I hung up after 16 mins and called a different pizza place.

I would like to report an issue regarding Savannah, who is currently working as a general manager. During a recent interaction, the situation became very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, Savannah became confrontational and the conversation escalated to the point where I felt threatened.
