Katelyn took my phone order for a ham and cheese sub, then slammed the phone down. Please train her to say thank you for your order. When I arrived for pickup and she claimed that she "heard" me say Italian sub, she argued with me, rather than apologize for her mistake. When I came back to pick up my ham and cheese sub, the male staff offered the Italian sub for free. I declined.
