Yes, you say you FINALLY issued a refund (we will see if it ever hits my bank) but I find it funny how it took 7 days and 5 phone calls to issue it, but less than 24 hours to respond to a 1 star Google review.. Had an issue but when I called there was only 1 young lady working alone. No manger in the building. How unprofessional to make someone work alone and have no manager to deal with things like refunds. Been 5 days and nothing. Everytime I call there is no manager in the building.
