I ordered my dinner online to pick up. I waited for over an hour for the text to say my order was ready, never heard from anyone. I called, and they said, my order had been packaged to go and I said, I wanted to pick it up.I'm right across the street. The response was, will, it's already packed out to go.And oh by the way, that's an additional five dollars for delivery. I felt like I shouldn't have been charged for delivery because I didn't ask for delivery but nonetheless.I paid the extra charge for delivery. Then, my order... read more
