The last time I ordered from this store the pizza showed up, pizza all slid to one side. The driver took off before I opened the box. Tonight im trying to order on the app, app is rejecting my payment. I ordered Dominos the payment went through. I called the HH store and they dismissed my complaint about their app not working. They want me to drive to the store to order my pizza and make a complaint. its not that serious. Just wanted them to check into it. No pizza is worth that level of BS
The audacity to even box up and send me a burned pizza is insane. The 2 pizzas took over an hour to reach a few miles down the road, which I understand is not always the stores fault, but when it finally arrived to my get together the pizzas were burned and borderline inedible. The pepperoni was thrown in the trash but we were able to salvage the other. Very disappointing, I get it’s not a 5 star pizza restaurant but have some pride in your work.
