Tried a Detroit style for the first time here. Absolutely disgusting! They put the sauce over unmelted cheese so when it came out of the oven that’s what you got (unmelted cheese under the sauce). So if you want to get it right put sauce on first then the cheese and toppings then a very thin light stripe of sauce on top so the cheese will melt and brown correctly.
This Hungry Howies is always SUPER FAST and the pizza is great! Regarding atmosphere... there is no seating area. It's takeout only.
Extremely slow service today.
