I had to go on the app due to the manager on duty refused to take my order and argued with me about they don't deliver to my house when they are in fact the correct store in our area . We ordered $60 worth of pizza and wings from the Cuyahoga Falls store, one of the specials was 2 - 1 topping pizzas, we ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage but we received 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. When I called back he said "sorry that's the way it was ordered" and offered to send a side of sausage out to me, no a whole pizza, just a side of uncooked sausage!!! Calling corporate isn't much better, they just transfer you to a voice mail then hang up on you when you call back!! Worst customer service!!!
Just wanted to give props to the awesome delivery guy I met tonight. He ran all the way to my backdoor in the pouring rain cos he didn't want me to get all wet. I had to stop him halfway. Needless to say I have him a generous tip. And some candy I got in my stocking haha.
I got coupons from the school coupon book and I had no problem getting my pizza and it was great.the brownies were great too.every one has always been nice professional
I had a coupon for a free medium pizza that could be used at the Waterloo road location. I acquired the coupon through a fundraiser so I essentially bought a full page of coupons. I called to order my free pizza and they declined the coupon. I explained that it was a coupon that I PAID for and that it wasn't even expired and that the location was on the list of locations that excepted the coupon and the lady still refused to honor it.
