They were busy, but just waiting to make the salad and it would be ready. Waited 15+ minutes for that salad. When I got my food, it wasn't hot, mildly warm.
Everything was great, but the prices. Spent $50 for a large pizza with 2 toppings and some wings. Not to mention the $7.99 delivery charge that was from Doordash (despite me using the Howies App)
Staff is always friendly and they got a 5 star on service from me, because they started checking all the food to make sure its correct and made well before handing it to you. That small extra effort is huge to me. Nobody wants to get home and find out they got the wrong item or problems with their order.
Randy does not need to be working with the public or customers,he has a very bad attitude to be working for hungry Howies
I get to hungry Howies and they say 8 minutes 10 min go by I ask about my order. Mind you there are two customers a head of me, they tell them how they burnt they pizza . Then he comes and tell me the same thing. This is absolutely ridiculous and didn’t offer anything but to re do pizza. Hungry Howies In Ferndale sucks
