Ordered pizza through their app numerous times. Somehow they weren’t able to find my house this last time. I’m guessing that my neighbors are enjoying our pizza right now. Our address is on a green reflective sign at the end of our driveway. Our next neighbor is 1/4 mile down the road!

*UPDATE TO RESPONSE* The store manager Liz called and offered an apology and to "talk to the staff". I'm sorry, this is unacceptable. No action plan, nothing more than an empty apology. Again, the franchise owner cannot be bothered to reach out to an upset customer. *ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW* Since the end of January, we've had a few issues with this location. Since the end of January, we've had a few issues with this location. Two of them were remedied by calling the store. This last one has not been. We called the store to order our remake of our order since the quality was extremely subpar. We ordered our detroit style pizza and large extra cheese, and a salad I was paying for with Tyler on the phone. We arrived, it had been raining.
