I was on hold for 13 minutes and then was cut off! I have this problem on occasion! We love Hungry Howies and decided it was worth the drive. But when no one ever answers the phone, we are forced to go elsewhere. It is ridiculous and very sad.
I placed an order tonight at 9:11. At 9:55 I start wandering how much longer it’s going to be. The tracker in the app said that they are “making it”…that the order is in process. Ok, that’s fine. Luckily, I had to run out to my car real quick to grab something and when I open my front door my food is sitting on the ground with bugs all over the boxes from my porch light being on. Gave this place another try after someone told me new people took over, it’s great! Food was made neat and tasted great, and the wait time was under 10 minutes!
I'm giving yall a one star Cause on you app and your Google it says yall are open at 10 am then when you call to place an order you get a rude guy that tells you there not open if that's the way it is. Change the time and get someone else to work for yall the guy that answer the phone was rude as hell the one on springs rd
