I ordered 3 (2 toppings pizzas ) one of them pepperoni and jalapeño , when I picked up my order there was a pepperoni and sausage pizza , I went back to tell the guy my order was wrong , he said “I don’t have any more jalapeno peppers so I just put sausage on the pizza “ . Pretty much he decided the toppings our pizza , he also said someone contacted me with that toppings info , it really bothered me someone else choosing the toppings for my order. All I got for going back to tell them my order was wrong , was attitude.

I don’t understand how this location is still open! Food was burnt and undercooked! How does that happen. Management needs to be fired and so do the employees! This is unacceptable by any standards and will NEVER eat at this establishment again! Thank you for the horrible service and product and calling will obviously be a waste of time since the reviews I have read are horrible and nothing has been done to rectify the problem!

this review is straight up painful to write. grew up in the area and just moved back. was really excited to be so close to a Hungry Howies, even if it was one i’d had iffy experiences with living here previously. we ordered twice, and the second time while waiting, i witnessed the guy prepping everything using his phone (an object people often use in the bathroom) between literally every pizza he made, then touching pepperoni, then veggies, then his phone again. i could feel his phone getting grimy myself let alone the healt... read more

NOW THREE TIMES in a row ordering online and they mess up each time. First the dough was part raw and now extra cheese was not even a regular amount cheese. When will this be fully autonomous or your people be competent and consistent? I'll be calling next week on this. Third time the cheese was too cold when put in the oven and doesn't melt fully. TEMPERATURE and TIME are the 2 most important things when baking, how do you not know this?! And the deep dish is WAY smaller than the picture, not cool!
