Usually like to order from here, but my most recent carryout order was going to have a $4 “surcharge” applied, for no apparent reason. What reason is there to add $4 to my bill when I have to use coupons and carryout to afford it anyway? I hope other customers don’t stand for this and they do away with pointless fees. I went to the website to re-make my order and take a screenshot, and now the surcharge is only $1. Seems like they’re applying some kind of surge pricing and I’m not a fan. I stupidly ordered from this location instead of my local location, 100% my mistake. Called and they cheerfully cancelled my order and gave me a refund, really an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Great employees at my local Hungry Howie's told me it would be no problem, but I really couldn't believe it. All of these employees were really kind lovely people. Highly recommend!!!
