They forgot to assign a driver to my order until I called one hour after ordering. The employee I talked to on the phone was rude and the pizza arrived cold an hour and a half later. To add insult to injury, the driver dropped off 2 other orders first, even though mine was so late... Won't be ordering again.
Not always the best customer service often rude,making customers irritated.
They have a decent pizza at a reasonable cost. Update; Returned on 2/7/2026 and my pizza was perfect. Pepperoni and extra sauce well done and it was cooked really nice. Ordered it online, staff was friendly and it really was a great pizza.
I ordered a steak sandwich thru GrubHub. There was no sauce and it was barely warm. I asked for napkins and utensils, but got neither. Why give us a choice when you don't read the ticket?
