Ordered a large meat lovers and it was raw! No apology or offer to comp us for having to drive back to get a new one. Definitely won’t be going back!
I placed an online order. The charge came off my card but the order did not go thru. Sam at the store said It will be put back on my card in a few days! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. I haven't ordered from this store before and now I never will.
They have a decent pizza at a reasonable cost.
I was web pick up order 23 12/13/2025 and I asked for extra BBQ sauce for the BBQ chicken pizza and extra pizza sauce for the howie special, BUT no sauce on either. Also spent $1.29 for extra onion and I'd say it was light onion. The app wouldnt allow for feedback because it seemed to glitch, so here I am expressing my concerns
I'm surprised this business is still in service, given the fact that you get yelled at for a simple order on a cheese pizza, the pizza itself is extremely soggy.The service is absolutely horrendous.The lobby standard of cleaning is absolutely horrible.It smells like rotting meat and the meat isn't even cooked thoroughly.
