I ordered a pizza and immediately had to cancel my order because of a family emergency. I called (wasn't even a minute after I submitted my order) only to have them drill me with questions. What's the family emergency? Where's the hospital, we'll deliver it (It was in Royal Oak) and then they made me feel guilty saying "what are we supposed to do with this pizza. Pick it up on your way to the hospital. Are you serious? I love Hungry Howie's pizza but I will never go back to this location. Train your staff better.

The African American gentleman working the evening of July 7th was so kind and helpful, made sure that every order was correct and was very patient even though it was 7 minutes to close and they lobby was full of large orders. Props to him!! Thank you

Disappointed. I ordered triple cheese howie bread. Was given normal bread.. I called it out to the kid who was working the counter and he said that it was triple cheese howie bread… kid seemed more interested in socializing with his friend than getting the issue corrected. There are other hungry howies in the area that do a way better job. Also, this place somehow ran out of marinara dipping sauce… just how? How?!

On heart shaped pizza, Couldn’t substitute for a veggie topping instead of pepperoni! Some people don’t eat meat or plain pizza!! Very inconvenient and stingy on their part, I’ll go to another pizza place from now on, there are many others to choose from.
