Pizza is burnt as a former hungry howie employee this is unacceptable if you notice it's burned you could always do a remake I understand it may get busy but it's ok to do a remake instead of giving a customer a burnt overcooked pizza store is closed I can't go back up there and return the pizza .
Just ordered and paid extra for toppings which were not included, got boneless wings that were wrong. Called to tell the store and was kept on hold with no response for 15 mins. Paid for all my sauces too. Ridiculous Edit to add- without me even contacting them, after the initial attempt, the manager contact me and left me a message. Great follow up which does not exist anymore. We will try again and I wil update after giving a second try.
