After picking up my child from school I decided to stop at hungry howies. I parked in the parking lot on the side due to tight parking in front of the restaurant and my truck being big. The food is always good but the customer service needs work. Its only one guy that has the issue. Whoever the guy is with the long hair is the issue. He's rude and mean. I understand you may be overworked but if it's THAT bad, take a day off. I gave the other guy that made my food an extra tip because he kept apologizing, when he didnt have to, and was extremely nice. Thank you, to whoever he is. A little kindness goes a long way.
