I had GREAT Customer Service from Cameron M. This young man really showed his Customer Service skills. Food was really good as well.
I noticed they had a stack of delivery bags behind the counter, so I asked if he could simply provide me with one since he said it was a requirement. Instead of helping, he became angry, refused service, and eventually started hiding behind the counter. 😳 This was extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. If bringing a bag inside is truly a requirement, the restaurant should provide one to delivery drivers who need it. Very disappointing experience. 👎
