Ordered from the Dallas NC location and took forever. Pizza was “warm”, almost burnt and very lite on the cheese. Called to find out where the pizza was and told the pizza just left after text the pizza was ready over half an hour before. There’s reason it’s been nearly a year since we ordered from this place. Quick note the Donino’s in Dallas consistently delivers smoking hot pizzas in 25 mins.
I usually order from this location, and I’m always happy with my order. The carry out is ready in a timely manner, and the workers are kind even if they’re super busy!
If you want your pizza cooked properly, please, I suggest that you take your business to the Union Rd location, as these people just can't seem to get it done right!!
Walked in. 10 minutes no one approached the counter or botheree to even act lile a customer needed help. Walked right back out. They couldnt care less. Ill take my business elsewheree.
