Today was a great day. There were no drivers to deliver. I asked my g.d. to pick up my order but her car would not start. So I called regarding my order. They were terrific and advised me to call back once I got a driver. The food was wonderful as always and great customer service. Thank you very much. Wanda Brown

The service at this restaurant is horrible! I placed an online order for 8:45 pm according to hungry Howie’s website this store closes at 10 PM central standard time. I arrive to the store at 9:00 PM walk to the door and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door. The workers looked at me, proceeded to turn the lights off and walk out the door. I ordered a Ceasars salad. The menu said made with Roman lettuce, not! I received a salad with iceberg. Not good at all.
Food is always hot, fresh and yummy! The customer service is always on point, whether it be in person or over the phone..
