I didn't know HH started making Detroit Style Pizza and I was excited. I was even more shocked they managed to make the crust PERFECT, yet didn't melt the cheese and many of the toppings were still fairly raw. The top was not warm and the bottom was very warm. Maybe their oven isn't heating the top? The cheese isn't even melted, still shredded. Thank the Lord Baby Jesus for air fryers. Saved the day, 2 pieces at a time.
