Food is always fresh hot and the employees friendly
The manager here and staff are very rude and do not have the knowledge how to treat customers. I requested no corn meal on my pizza and the manager made a big deal about it in front of everyone. Made me feel very little. Oscoda Michigan needs training how to treat customers and better training on how to make pizza. Will not order here again till things change. What's real sad I travel from Lincoln Michigan to get bad service.
Service was great even though they were swamped when we went there, the pizzas were worth the wait.
Tourists beware, read the reviews... 100's of single star reviews can't be wrong. Placed a very simple order at 7:30pm having it delivered to the local holiday inn, was told :55 minutes just to be safe. 1:20 minutes later I call back to learn the order was never processed due to lack of address. Worker apologized and promised food. I received 1 large 1 topping, cheese bread and a 2liter at 9:50pm.
