We ordered a delivery pizza (which we never do we always pick up) and it had an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. After 1 hour we called to check the status and they said our pizzas were waiting for delivery drivers to get back (15 minutes) while our pizza had already been sitting out for about 6 minutes. So our 40 minute estimate turned into 90 minutes with pizza that had been sitting out for about 30 minutes. Cancelled our order and won’t be back.
Delivered to wrong house. No “sorry about that” just an attitude even though I was very understanding and respectful. Pizzas fine but I’d avoid delivery since this is the second time this has happened now
Even with 4 employees it took over an hour to get my food
Did not receive what I had ordered. Many complaints in reviews of same. Shame I didn’t open and check before I left, didn’t expect it to happen to me too. Do better…
