Placed an order online, got confirmation email that my order would be ready in 20 mins. Drove to the location and arrived at 730 when they are advertised to be open til 11 and they were closed!!!! I called the corporate phone number advertised on their website and spoke to “Melanie” who told me there was absolutely nothing she could do to get me my money back they already took out of my account and she couldn’t transfer my order to another location.
Placed an online order for pickup, arrived to find the store locked up and closed. Sign says they open at 11am, currently 1pm, hope I can get a refund. No answer on the phone.
Paul, I am still waiting for the $54 I am owed. When will you pay me what I earned?

I placed an online order on November 22 to be picked up on November 23. Got to the restaurant for pick up and there was a note on the door stating the restaurant was closed. I was bringing the pizza to a party and this mishap nearly ruined the entire day. I had to run into Pizza Hut and beg for pizza as soon as they could make it.
