This is not acceptable. I can accept mistakes. But I will not accept intentional dismissive attitudes. And that is what I have concluded based on this experience. The pizza is burnt. I have been a customer at this location several times since I moved here a year ago. The product can be great which is why I return. But where I draw the line is that you think this is acceptable.
