I just moved to the area and I was having trouble with the app. I called to place an order over the phone and got transferred around. When I did get someone to speak to she said 'Our manager isn't in right now. He should be in tonight. I'm sorry." And hung up before I could even ask any other questions. I was literally speaking when she hung up the phone.

I placed a pickup order at 5:55 PM with a 20-minute carryout time. By 6:55 PM—a full hour later—my food still wasn't ready. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund, I spent another 20 minutes dealing with complete chaos. I dealt with Harrison, who asked for my name three separate times and clearly had no idea what he was doing or how to use the system. To make matters worse, Harrison refused to give me a receipt showing the refund was processed. An hour of wasted time, zero food, and incredibly shady customer service.
