I went to the Hungry Howie’s in Newnan today, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the drive-through, so I tried to place my order at the window. The employee told me that company policy was that orders could not be taken there. I explained that I am disabled,I have a mobility disability, and showed my handicap placard. Literally the WORST expensive we have had in the food business. We ASKED how much toppings were and the cashier Dave told us it was included in the price - I asked again and let him know I would need time. That’s obviously not true when we saw the receipt. We asked for a manager and was told she wasn’t there and wouldn’t know when she would be. He asked for a refund and they couldn’t provide a receipt proof of it. 1-star review I am 81 years old and have a mobility disability. I went to the Hungry Howie’s in Newnan, Georgia, and attempted to place my order at the drive-through window. There was no one else in the drive-through. I was told that company policy did not allow them to take my order at the window and that I would have to park my car and walk inside.
