Let’s start with the $9 delivery charge. Manager was very rude and has extremely poor customer service. Sub was burned and pizza order was not correct.
My experience was TERRIBLE! Everything was burnt and the MANAGER Jackson wanted to go back and forth with me about it not being burnt because he “personally” took it out. I am at work and I can’t bring the food back and he still didn’t want to compensate.
The owner herself called me to resolve an issue. went from 1 Star to 5 stars because this speaks volumes to me. I appreciate the response time and genuine care for customer service.
